My name is L. Madison Brooks, and I am the founder of the SeizureSafehouse project. As someone living with epilepsy, I understand the profound need for a truly private and supportive online space. After a negative experience in another group failed to protect its members, I was motivated to build the community I was searching for—one founded on the non-negotiable principles of safety, privacy, and ethical, transparent moderation.
This project, operated through my LLC, is a non-commercial passion project dedicated to helping others. My goal is to create a lasting, trusted resource and to advocate for the “3 S’s”: Support, Safety, and Spreading Epilepsy Awareness.
